Easy Marinade For Bbq

1 c. Soy Sauce
1 c. Water
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
2 tbsp. Oil
In a big bowl, combine all the ingredients. Soak the meat and refrigerate for an hour. Grill


MARINADE FOR ALL MEATS

1 1/2 c. Salad Oil
3/4 c. Soy Sauce
4 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp. Dry Mustard
2 tbsp. Salt
1/2 c. Wine Vinegar
2 tsp. Dried Parsley Flakes
2 cloves Crushed Garlic
2 tsp. Coarse Pepper
1/3 c. Lemon Juice
Mix all the ingredients. Makes 3 cups of marinate. Ideal for chicken or steak or pork.


Salmon Steaks In Orange-honey Marinade

1/3 c. Orange Juice
1/3 c. Soy Sauce
3 tbsp. Oil
3 tbsp. Catsup
1 tbsp. Honey
1/2 tsp. Ground Ginger
1 clove Garlic
4 (6 oz.) Salmon Steaks

Combine all the ingredients. Pour in the marinate and cover. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Grill the meat for five minutes or until done.

Shish Kabob Marinade

1/2 c. Vinegar
1/2 c. Oil
1 Onion, Chopped
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp Dry Mustard
1/4 tsp. Mace
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
1/4 tsp. Cloves
1 clove Garlic, Chopped
1/2 v Tabasco Sauce
Mix marinade ingredients together in a bowl. Marinate cubed sirloin tip roast for several hours.

Kabobs - tomatoes, onion wedges, green pepper, mushrooms, fresh pineapple chunks and sirloin tip roast.

Sweet And Sour Marinade

1 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
1/2 cup White Vinegar
1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
2 tsp. Salt
Combine the soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, pineapple juice, garlic poweder and salt in a container. Boil the mixture in a pan. Let cool and pour it in the meat

Teriyaki Bbq Marinade Sauce

1/4 c Salad Oil
1/4 c Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp White Pepper
2 tbsp Catsup
1 tbsp Cider Vinegar
2 cloves Minced Garlic (i Use The Jar Type)
Put all ingredients in jar and shake vigorously. Pour over meats and allow meat to soak in covered container for at least twelve hours. Use extra marinade to brush while grilling.
